Murals
I was commissioned to do a mural on the side of a shed. The client wanted a memorial for her father, who was a botanist and loved nature. I came up with a simple design to showcase his favorite flowers and bird. I was becoming more comfortable with painting flowers, and I love studying their structure in detail.
I was commissioned to do a lake and garden scene. I had a heck of a time with the gardens, not having done them before. It was so frustrating, I just wiped most of it out and started over, according to client's direction.
I didn't have any problem with that and she was happy! That's what matters!
